As an innovative and entrepreneurial real estate investment and management company, we seek investment opportunities in underserved real estate markets with supply/demand imbalances or limited availability of risk capital.
ACP leverages it’s in depth sector expertise to establish investment vehicles that acquire, develop and then manage homogenous pools of income generating assets in attractive focus sectors. Alongside our investor partners, we have sponsored 3 investment vehicles targeting the residential, hospitality and infrastructure sectors. These syndicates have grown organically and through recapitalisations into multi-million shilling investments*.

ACP was licensed as an Investment Advisor by the Capital Markets Authority in June 2009. Consistent with our vision, we are working towards introducing retail investment products that facilitate broader ownership of income generating property assets.
