As an innovative and entrepreneurial real estate investment and management company, we seek investment opportunities in underserved real estate markets where strong demographic momentum exists alongside supply/demand imbalances and/or limited availability of risk capital.
ACP leverages it’s in depth sector expertise to establish investment vehicles that acquire, develop and then manage homogenous pools of income generating assets in attractive focus sectors. Alongside our investor partners, we have sponsored - and currently manage - 3 investment vehicles targeting the residential, hospitality and infrastructure sectors. These syndicates typically have a medium term investment horizon with exit through listing or trade sale and have grown organically or through recapitalisations into multi-million shilling investments.*
