Syndicates
ACP establishes and promotes investment in property syndicates which are pooled vehicles structured as limited liability companies and managed by ACP as the Syndicate Manager. Our investment vehicles adhere to the highest standards of corporate governance and operate under the oversight of majority independent board of directors alongside a strong bank of reputable service providers offering audit, company secretarial and custody services, among others.
These syndicates seek to realise strong annuity incomes and/or achieve significant capital growth from acquiring, investing in, developing and operating a range of real estate properties over an initial term of 7 to 10 years after which ACP applies a variety of exit strategies to enable the investment partners to realise attractive returns from their investment. While each of these syndicates are independent and operate in different sectors, they are similar in terms of entrepreneurial background, opportunistic approach, focused strategy and growth prospects.

Funds
ACP is in the process of setting up a series of closed end, commingled funds to originate and execute opportunistic real estate investments. Specific investment structures to be employed include equity and quasi-equity investments in wholly owned investments or joint ventures with like-minded investors.
