Its flagship property, Mvuli HouseTM at Nairobi West, offers quality and affordable 2 star accommodation in a strategic location close to Nairobi’s 2 major airports, the industrial area and the central business district.
The investment was made against the backdrop of growth in trade and travel in the East African region and in an environment where similar properties were in short supply.Though a number of players have made opportunistic investments in the 2 star market since then, scope still remains for the Syndicate to expand across the region on the back of its unique supply chain platform.
